About Our Leather
What type of leather do you use?
We use full-grain leather exclusively — the highest quality leather grade, made from the outermost layer of the hide with the natural grain intact. We do not use top-grain, bonded, or faux leather in any of our products.
Where does your leather come from?
We source our leather from reputable tanneries. Our primary leathers are buffalo hide and cowhide, sourced as by-products of the food industry.
Is your leather vegetable-tanned or chrome-tanned?
We use both, depending on the product. Vegetable-tanned leather develops the richest patina over time and is used in our most traditional styles. Chrome-tanned leather is softer from the start and is used in bags where a softer hand feel is part of the design.
Orders and Shipping
Do you really offer free shipping?
Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend and no hidden handling fees. The price at checkout is the final price.
How long does delivery take?
USA and Canada: 7–14 business days. UK: 5–10 business days. Australia and New Zealand: 8–16 business days. EU: 6–12 business days. South Africa: 10–18 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number sent by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
Returns and Warranty
What is your return policy?
30-day hassle-free returns from the date of delivery. Return the item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping on unwanted items is the buyer's responsibility. We cover return shipping for defective or incorrectly described items.
What does your warranty cover?
Our 1-year craftsmanship warranty covers defects in stitching, hardware, and construction. It does not cover wear and tear from normal use, damage from misuse, or damage from improper care.
Personalisation
Can I get my initials stamped on a leather bag or wallet?
Yes. We offer initial stamping and monogramming on most products. Contact us at parrysleatherworld@gmail.com before or at checkout with your personalisation request. Personalised orders dispatch within 3–5 business days.
Leather Care
How do I clean my leather bag?
Wipe with a barely damp cloth for surface dirt. Use a leather cleaner for deeper soiling. Never use household cleaners, alcohol, or baby wipes — they strip leather oils.
How often should I condition my leather bag?
Every 6 months for regular use. Every 12 months for occasional use. After any significant wetting.
