At Parrys Leather World, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Please see our full return and refund policy for complete details.
How to Return
Email us at support@parrysleatherworld.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/colour, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Defective or Wrong Item
If you received a defective or incorrect item, return shipping is free and we offer a free exchange or full refund within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Free Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective or wrong items. For size or colour exchanges due to a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping costs.
1-Year Warranty
All Parrys Leather World products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, email us at support@parrysleatherworld.com and we'll make it right.
Conditions
Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags attached and original packaging (where applicable). Items returned after 30 days or that are used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
