At Parrys Leather World, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help with returns and refunds.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@parrysleatherworld.com. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any international shipping charges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it quickly.
Discounted & Sale Items
Site-wide promotional pricing (the discounts shown on our regular catalog) does not count as "final sale" and remains eligible for return under this policy. Only items explicitly marked as Clearance or Final Sale at checkout are non-returnable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items explicitly marked Clearance / Final Sale
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your current item for a refund and place a new order separately once your return is approved and processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Additional time may be required for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The standard return conditions (original condition, tags, packaging, proof of purchase) still apply.
