Return Policy
At Parrys Leather World, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and refunds.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@parrysleatherworld.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the instructions and shipping address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, the item must be in its original condition unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
