  • Shipping is free unless otherwise specified. Paid shipping orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

  • Please note: some leather goods are made to order and may take longer due to production schedules. Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Certain items (perishables, personalized/custom goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards) are non-returnable.
