Return & Refund Policy
At Parrys Leather World, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted leather goods. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@parrysleatherworld.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/colour, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Defective or Wrong Item
If you received a defective product or an incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. In this case:
- Return shipping is free — we will arrange a prepaid return label.
- We offer a free exchange for the correct or replacement item, or a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
Free exchanges are available for defective or wrong items. For size or colour exchanges due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the new item will be dispatched once the return is received.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Items without original packaging (where applicable)
- Custom or personalised orders
