Shipping policy

We guarantee our customers one of the most enjoyable and dependable online shopping experiences. We take care of all parameters to ensure that your delivery arrives in good condition.

The order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped from the warehouse. When the shipment is delivered, the customer can initiate a return request if he or she receives a faulty product. Following the 12-24 hour order processing period, the approximate delivery times are as follows.

T&C: A few of our leather goods are made to order or sometimes under production because we don't stock goods as much as we can because it affects our cash flow and we want to serve vintage leather goods to each and every customer, and they ship when they are available in stock. Even if you choose any of the above shipping methods, the actual delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Paid shipping cut-off time is 2 pm; orders placed after 2 pm will ship the following working day.
